Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items in which case a full refund might be almost impossible are :

- Audio , video files in any format of what so ever like for example (MP3 , WAW , FLAC , MPEG , MP4 , etc.)
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please do keep in mind that a refund will be possible only if the product will not come as in the details description.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Non Usable Stems.
- Any item not in its condition like in the description of the product , is damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that was purchased and 30 days have passed after the purchase.
Refunds
We want to believe that our products are unique and one of a kind but there are some possibilities that our products may have suffered technical damages so we ask for time to review the product you purchased . We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Other than the two mentioned above will not make us responsible for any other happenings that could might come up front in the future and might give our community a bad name.
Please do use the products as mentioned above, because they are manually made by us, unique and one of a kind. Any other attempts to upload , share or monetize our products will be considered copyright claim according to law and could lead you to a copyright strike.
